Convert .dat file

by "napo" <napo@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Feb 26, 2007 at 05:58 PM

Hi all!
I have to convert some .dat file into some usable format, like CSV, TXT,
...
I've never used Btrieve in my life but my customer gave to me his old
database, and it seems to be in btrieve format 'cause there's a
btrieve.exe
file; there is no .ddf file.
With "old database" i mean really old, maybe 15 years ago.

I'm under Windows XP and the btrieve.exe command doesn't work.
I tried also with an MS-DOS6 system but it (btrieve.exe) tells "dos
version
incorrect".

How can I extract all the datas?

Bye
Marco
