Windows 2003 server enterprise Vs Pervasive.Sql v9 for Nt server

If I use a server with 8 Gb of Ram with  Os win 2003 server
enterprise. Does it BeakThrough the windows limitation
of 2 Gb ram for a users process for the cache memory.
