Yes, I believe the requestor was called BREQNT or something similar. I
can't remember the specifics but for some reason the Netware DOS client's
TCP/IP was not compatible with Netware Btrieve.

I know almost nothing about Linux but I've been wanting to look into it.
Can you use DOS clients and Btrieve on Linux? I've been thinking that
Pervasive SQL on Linux would be strictly SQL -- no transactional access.
If
I'm wrong on that, maybe BREQNT will work if the Linux DOS client drivers
sup****t TCP/IP.

From Netware 4 on I think Btrieve can handle both protocols at the same
time. I am not positive because I can't remember using both at the same
time but I know it sup****ts both separately. On Netware it's always been
the same. There is the Btrieve NLM with sup****ting NLMs and running on
top
of that their SQL NLMs.
