To archive old records I created a clone of the active database. The
only things I changed were the filename and the title at the tp of the
page. Once a week I find old records, ex****t, open the clone, im****t, go
back and delete the found set.
Both are FM 8v3 served by FM server 7.
When I go to im****t, the Im****t records menu item in the clone is grayed
out. I have to open the server, close the database, open it locally and
do the im****t.
Same user, same privilege set. So why is the im****t option unavailable?
I notice in the privilege dialog there is a checkbox for "allow ex****t"
but none for "allow im****t."
