Before wasting time trying to solve the formatting of ex****ted text,
you should probably talk to the design firm and see what they would
like given to them. Often the text will be im****ted into whatever
software they're using as plain text anyway and they re-format it using
their own style sheets.
Or if preferred, they might also be able to give you some 'tags' you
put into the text before ex****ting that their software will understand
and interpret. eg. something similar to HTML codes like <b>Bold
Text</b>
