Hi All
I already have a button that opens the email software and creates a
new message to a specified recipient; the email address specific to
that customer record.
We now need another button to do something similar. Aswell as
creating a message it will need to create a template email with
specified wording in the body of the email. Is it possible to
implement this? If so it would also be great to draw fields from
another table specific to that customer record and include those as
part of the body of the email.
Any ideas? Greatly appreciated ;-)
