Default Date for Drop-Down Calendar

by jahn <jahnbigbooty@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 7, 2008 at 05:36 PM

Hi, all -

Right now if you format a date field to use the drop-down calendar
(FM9 Adv), the default calendar display (day/month/year) is always the
current date. But is there a way to set it via script or calculation
to start with some other calendar display? For instance, if I'm on
American Airlines booking a ticket, the drop-down calendar for the
return flight will always use the date I booked for the departing
flight for reference, so if I book a flight out in Oct. '09, it
doesn't make me re-navigate to Oct. '09 from today's date on the
second calendar, but puts me there automatically. Is there a way to
do this in FM?

Thanks in advance for any help.

-J.
