I have a client with multiple users, some on Macs some on Windows. I
have added a component to their database that sends out programmatically
created emails to certain users when certain events happen. Using the
Send Mail script step.
For all the mac users, it works fine. For one of the Windows users, it
makes his Filemaker program crash. For another Windows user, (they both
have XP, Filemaker 8.5, Outlook Express 6) it works fine. On my Mac, I
run Parallels with Windows 2000, Filemaker 8.5 and some version of
Outlook Express, and it works fine.
I'm a Mac guy, and I don't know enough about Windows to troubleshoot
this any deeper. Any ideas?
