I want to let Developers use the Activity Moniror to check the
performance of sql statements in the prepared statement cache however
it seems that only users with database administrator authority can use
the Activity Monitor which makes the tool completely useless in most
environments. Does anyone know the granular permissions that need to
be granted to end users so they can use this tool?
