Well. I figured it out. When using the http method, click download and
it will give you a blank page. The URL however is a bit broken at the
end, instead of "SA.1.60.UC4.LINUX.ta" you have to fix it to be:
"ISA.1.60.UC4.LINUX.tar". Then it works.
Somehow the first and last char of the filename were lost. Downloading
it now, ETA 30 minutes :(.
