Hi,

yes, it is very likely (95%) that you hit this defect PTS#172181
that you already found. It got fixed in 9.40.xC7.

Unfortunately I don't think that there is a workaround, i.e.
no fixing the problem without upgrade. Probably using
a newer archecker (from 9.40.xC7) would solve this
problem, but may cause other problems ... so I don't want
to recommend that either.

The problem is in the way how archecker does the checking.
It does not mean that something is wrong with the backup.
