Well, if you look at the file, you'll find a list of all the parameters
you can tune, by simply editing the file. However, it's very difficult to
say HOW you should tune it. Are you experiencing a performance problem?
(I've cc'ed the list back in, in case I get bored and bugger off to drink
champagne.)
