has had an effective series of commericals which have created a high Q

ng. That is, if you walk down the streets of any town in the US, the odds

re you'll get 90% of the people you as, if they know what AFLAC is.
If you asked the same about IBM, you would get a fairly high number.
But if you asked anything about IBM or its divisions?
Sorry, you're out of luck.
And that's part of the frustrating point.
If you knew about all of the IDS customers (big and small), you'd wonder
wh=
y the industry hasn't given IDS any press.
Even the Tech Press things that IBM only has DB2.
Now I hope you can appreciate why I'm frustrated. Its not that IDS is a
bad=
product. Its just that you have a good product, but poor sup****t from the
=
business side of the house.
But that's par for IBM.

There they have a really high Q rating. But not as many people know what

I'm not sure how this plays in other countries outside of the US and
Japan.
