Tested on my 9.1.1 a64.lnx environment - which is at patch 12958 and it
didn't reproduce. Same is true on 9.0.4 + P12757
This together with Karl's experience makes me think this bug is a recent
introduction.
In fact I just tested on the latest and greatest 9.0.4 and it reproduces.
Latest 9.1.1 doesn't however.
If you haven't already please open an issue for this, or if not, let me
