Hi Paul,

=20

When you say 'latest and greatest 9.0.4' what patch level do you mean?

Ditto latest 9.1.1?

=20

And those were both for a64.lnx yes?

=20

Tested on my 9.1.1 a64.lnx environment - which is at patch 12958 and it
didn't reproduce. Same is true on 9.0.4 + P12757
This together with Karl's experience makes me think this bug is a recent
introduction.

In fact I just tested on the latest and greatest 9.0.4 and it
reproduces. Latest 9.1.1 doesn't however.=20

If you haven't already please open an issue for this, or if not, let me
know and I'll make sure an internal is opened.

Cheers
Paul

Hi Everyone,

=20

I have an interesting problem that I'd like people to try out so I can
see how generic it is...I think its pretty generic.

I have found this:

*         On II 9.1.1 (a64.lnx/103)NPTL + patch12978, patch12819.

*         On II 9.0.4 (a64.lnx/105)NPTL +patch12343

But it seems OK on II2.6

=20

The scenario goes like this...

Create two new procedures, the first has an error the second is fine.
But the presence of the error in the first causes the second procedure
create to fail and generate a SIGSEGV in the errlog.

=20

See the attached script. BTW. The sigsegv doesn't seem to casue any
problems, so the server should stay up, but it would be best to test on
a non-production installation.

=20

Thanks for the help.
