A2K app in A2K7

by Arch <send.no@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 3, 2008 at 04:46 PM

I have an application that runs as a .mde, just fine with A2K and A2K3
but gets errors and won't start when trying to run it in A2K7.

I haven't had an op****tunity yet to work with Access 2007 as I don't
have it. The user said something about an error message regarding a
toolbar that does not exist in A2K7. It seems likely that code is
trying hide a toolbar that doesn't exist.

I can't upgrade the app - there are many users who do not have A2K7. I
have seen messages, in this newsgroup, about a "compatibility mode" or
something.

Thanks for any suggestions of how to deal with this.
