Too many fields defined

I am trying to ex****t a table to Excel using transferspreadsheet and I am 
running into the "Too many fields defined" error.  There are 31 columns in

the table.  The ex****t worked previously and it bombed out last night with

the above error.  I tried compact and repair and also redid the whole 
database from scratch and it still bombed.  Any assistance would be
greatly 
appreciated.
