Accessing images stored on an optical platter jukebox

by "RB" <programthat@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 24, 2006 at 10:13 AM

Hello Everyone,

I am in serious need of help accessing images stored on optical
platters in a Sony OSL 2500 jukebox. The system is set up as follows.
The juke box is hooked up to a HP-NET SERVER LC3 running NT 4.0 The
jukebox is attached via SCSI to the server. This is all part of an old

MI3MS system version 5.0. We have one workstation running Windows 95,
used only to access these images, that has the MI3MS software on it. I

can access the images on the platters using this machine (I think, or
am I accessing the cache?). I can not see the juke box platters as
drives on the server. Should I be able to or can I set it up this way?

How can I acces the images stored on these drives and copy them to a
newer more efficient type of storage with out accessing them 1 by 1
from the workstation?

Any help or input would be graetly appreciated!!

Thanks,

RB
