I have published link to zip file, to make user download less.
I doubt, that I can publish link to pdf.
I am working on html version of the article, but I strongly doubt,
that I can publish it on English-spoken resources.
I have not managed to publish current article on O'Reilly, MSDN and
IBM developerworks, that's why I have published it on Russian
resource. But Russian resourced prefer to publish articles in Russian.
