there is no answer to this.
it could take 1 hour to some years regarding what you need.

if you have a small and clean database which contains sales data, the SSAS

wizard can create near everything for you.

if you want to create a complete enterprise solution including finance,
HR, 
sales etc... and you have to load the data from all your stores in the 
world, your project can take years. (not only for the OLAP part, but also 
for the ETL side of the project)
