Compensation and benefits
Starting salary range is $95 - $105 with a 10% target company bonus
plan, 6.5% personal performance target bonus plan, and $16,000

Overview
This position has no direct re****ts, and re****ts to the Director of
Global BPM Systems. The position is integrated with the ERP and Data
Warehousing disciplines of Application Management. The role interacts
with management, customers, site accounting, financial re****ting, and
touches all areas within the CFO organization.
Purpose
This position is responsible for designing, socializing and
implementing a global BPM governance model to insure globally
consistent fit and use of BPM applications. This includes governance
for all aspects of a globally standard set of BPM applications and
cover these areas:
=B7 Application design and integration
=B7 Global BPM solution integration
=B7 Application life cycle management, and
=B7 Technical environment migration and utilization
Duties - representative of the nature and level of work assigned but
not necessarily all-inclusive
=B7 Designs, implements and manages a global BPM governance model that
leverages best practices
=B7 Insures alignment to PMO governance model and works effectively with
PMO to insure modifications are implemented seamlessly
=B7 Establish BPM governance review board - policies and procedures,
review process, members, meeting structure, etc.
=B7 Chairs governance review board and coordinates review board meetings
=B7 Gathers, reviews, distributes and consolidates all governance board
materials
=B7 Creates and maintains all governance communications both written and
oral
=B7 Designs process for issue escalation and resolution that enables
region-based BPM solution teams to quickly get issues resolved and
insures a global coordinated approach is taken
Working conditions
=B7 This is a Denver based position that may require travel to locations
throughout the world where services and amenities are minimal
=B7 Casual Fridays (upper-end business casual) in Denver office
Qualifications
=B7 Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information
systems, or related computer oriented field
=B7 Minimum 5 years experience in the design, implementation and
management of IT governance systems
=B7 Experience with Hyperion BPM suite of applications highly desirable
=B7 Must have comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating environments
in DBA and vendors and practices
