Description: • Provide immediate first level sup****t for the Financial
Applications, interacting daily with end users. Duties would include but
are not limited to: User Password and Responsibility Maintenance, ADI
Installation, Managing Concurrent Processes, and day to day
troubleshooting.
• Do***ent change request requirements using Oracle AIM methodology
• Work with Oracle Technical Sup****t through the TAR process.
• Maintain Application Controls in sup****t of Sarbanes Oxley and Audit
Requirements
• Implement Application Set Up changes in multiple databases in sup****t of
new functionality and/or new application modules.
• Assist with user training for Internet Expenses and iProcurement
• Recommend process and/or system improvement, which will lead to
improvements in end users satisfaction and customer service.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent
work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S.
Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Minor in Information Technology a plus
• Minimum of 3 years hands on experience with two or more of the following
Oracle Financial Applications – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
Purchasing, Human Resources, Fixed Assets, Internet Expenses, Oracle
Workflow and General Ledger
• 1 year experience with SQL Plus.
• Minimum of 2 years using MS Project or other project tracking software
• Excellent understanding of information systems and their relation****p to
business functions
• Must be a self-motivated, team player that is task-oriented with ability
to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Data Loader or Mercury Quick Test Pro a plus
• Ability to complete assigned activities as well as meet project
milestones.
• Ability to multi-task in a technical, fast paced environment.
