Job Description Sup****t, enhance, develop, and evolve the Oracle ERP
system to drive the maximum value to the Stryker Spine business. Stryker
Spines Oracle Application is a shared environment with the sister division
Stryker Orthopedics. This position will Develop and establish business
partner****ps with the EBS Leader****p Team at Stryker Orthopedics to ensure
full collaboration between the two divisions.
* Explore Oracle system capabilities; improve utilization of existing
functionality to add value to the Spine business.
* Work with Business Super Users to continually increase Super User
knowledge and Oracle skills.
* Participate in Oracle System problem/issue resolution; includes working
with business Super Users to investigate system incidents/issues; actively
managing and allocating resources to respond to highest priority business
issues; and monitoring & re****ting performance against end-user SLAs.
* Manage system changes (extensions & customizations) by adding
modules or adding bolt-on applications; determine ROI and associated
risks.
* Coordinate the collection of requirements; create Charter and project
plan; align resources, create/track change controls; track approvals;
communicate processes; develop re****ts; test and validate; and implement.
* Ensure consideration is given to interface requirements and
infrastructure requirements.
* Develop, maintain and deliver courseware to Oracle Users; manage user
testing and certification; maintain related process do***entation.
* Manage re****t requests from submission to resolution; develop functional
requirements for new re****ts; submit requests for re****t access within and
across responsibility areas; and test re****ts prior to deployment.
* Assist with evaluation and processing of Oracle patches.
* Monitor system for potential issues and ensure the highest levels of
data integrity are maintained.
* Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley and 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory requirements are
met. Qualifications/Work Experience * 5+ years in Accounting and/or
Financial Systems Sup****t. 7 - 10 years experience in Oracle EBS
Financials and Supply Chain Management is required (version 11i). The
ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge of the
Oracle EBS applications. Required Skills:
* Experience with Oracle FSG, Discoverer, and SQL*Plus * Experience with
Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) *
Ability to work under time constraints to meet deadlines or resolve
production critical issues * Knowledge of and experience adhering to
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements * Demonstrated ability to work in a
collaborative / shared service environment * Ability to manage and
prioritize workloads * Experience in gathering and do***enting business
requirements. * Proven ability to identify project objectives and project
approach to achieve business needs. * Ability to successfully execute
Project management methodologies, tools and skills. * Strong verbal and
written communication skills. Additional Skills:
