Description: Own and respond daily to internal customer encountered
issues, questions, and problems
• Investigate and resolve software defects as they relate to the
Oracle E-Business Suite
• Log and track issues in issue tracking system
• Manage TAR's (Technical Assistance Requests) with Oracle Sup****t
• Refer/transfer un-resolvable requests to other IT staff
• Inform internal customers as to the status of their encountered
problem
• Follow up with internal customers to ensure satisfaction
• Provide re****ts on issue acceptance to resolution
• Keep current on Oracle E-Business Suite changes that affect
internal customers and attend training as well as self-training to develop
skills necessary to continue to perform the job
• Update/maintain methodology do***entation as required
• Facilitate meetings; prepares meeting minutes; manage issues
• Familiarity with Oracle 11.5.9 applications based on prior helpdesk
experience a plus
• 3+ years of relevant, helpdesk, or customer service experience required
• Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Bachelors Degree in a business or computer related field, or equivalent
work experience is preferred.
