Description: Qualified Senior Core Java Developer candidates will have
five years+ of Senior Java Development experience, preferably in a product
environment (usability, etc…), server-side java, web application,
development and Oracle PL/SQL (very strong in all 3 areas), can contribute
right away, experience in agile development, test-driven design, applying
design patterns (they have a good-sized development group involved in all
phases of development, including testing/QA), optimally someone who is
used to an entrepreneurial environment and ideally a four year degree
(preferably an advanced degree) in applied math, engineering or
quantitative math but if none of the aforementioned, at least with well
grounded high school math and comfortable with concepts like factorial,
exponential, etc. (The initial phone screen will consist only of math
questions covering these topics). Ideally regionally local Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania area / New Jersey / Delaware area candidates, but
interviewing, travel and relocation expenses are possibly provided for

The selected Senior Core Java Developer candidate will join a profitable,
growing, Philadelphia based, highly evolved Management software technology
firm as part of a small very mathematically oriented collaborative team
with responsibility for all phases of very short systems development life
cycles. They do weekly training sessions and promote from within. There
are a number of internal career op****tunities.
Qualified candidates will have near perfect English writing and English
speaking skills not requiring repeating during rapid English conversation.
This excellent career op****tunity in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania near a
train station for commuters, offers starting salary in the $90,000 to
$130,000 per year range plus benefits and possible stock options.
