Senior Oracle Database Developer (Oracle 11g / PL/SQL & UNIX Shell
Scripting) Location: New Providence, NJ Duration: Full-time/perm
Responsibilities: • Design, development and implement database
objects and code for high-volume web applications. • Participate in
new and existing product and feature development across multiple
development teams. • Hands-on development, Database design, SQL,
Advanced PL/SQL, performance tuning, XML, UNIX shell scripting •
Complex data processing within large databases and real-time APIs for
high-volume web applications
Requirements: • MUST have 10+ years of software engineering
experience. • MUST have 5+ years of experience with Oracle9i, 10g, or
11g • MUST have hands-on development experience with database design,
SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, performance tuning, and XML • UNIX shell
scripting is a must • Must have experience in the complex data
processing within large databases as well as real-time APIs for
high-volume web applications • Excellent oral, written, and
interpersonal communication skills are required • SQL Server, Perl,
Java, ASP.NET, and Agile development methodology is a major plus •
HTML, XPATH, web services • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or
Software Engineering is required
