Backup of D:\oracle on Windows

by howard <pkowal74@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 17, 2008 at 03:08 AM

Hello,

I have RAC 10g R2 on Win 2003 and I am trying to find a way to backup
the D:\oracle. I don't really
want to use a third party backup client nor do I want to shut down the
DB and run a copy command.

Is there a way for RMAN to include a backup of the D:\oracle?

By the way, by datafiles would reside on E:\oradata, so I would using
RMAN for those.

Thanks,

Howard
