I need to use Oracle Designer on Oracle Express and for use designer i
must create a repository for my user (with repository administrator
utility, ok?)
I can't access to repository administrator as sys or system so i need to
create a new user to manage repository...but this user need the select
privilege on v_$parameter...how can I create an user with this privilege?
I'm on Oracle Express, without enterprise manager!
