Stephen,

Still working at it. I'm begining to wonder if its file permissions.
Paradox
was installed under my user logon with admin rights, and used default
locations
in case of issues. Have uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled and still
have
the same issue.

Well I'll kept working at it.
