32bit number is a result of U9D. In this case probability of password
cracking is not lower than 1/2^32 (Irrespective of algorithm).
If result of U9D is know, it is possible to emulate it.
Problem is:
You can create password with 20 chars length that will have result of
U9D equal with 4 chars length string.
For example some combinations of three letters password have the same
result of U9D.
