Just a couple of thoughts:

 The goal is to web enable the apps, add sup****t for new devices
(PDA's, etc.) and take advantage of the web as the wire. End of
business reasons!

 Just moving green screen apps to a windows host doesn't accomplish
much. Besides isn't that Accu-Term's domain?
 If Design-Bais was more robust and faster out of the gate with
enhancement this thread would never have occurred.
