I wonder if I am the only one that thought that VMWare was expensive (it
used to be) and that all the other options were dual boot not parallel.
What really blew me away was the fact that a person whose IT knowledge was
to say the least limited could load and run it with ease.
I shall now follow up on both VMware and Parallels. It does throw a new
light on the current thread about the RD approach to developer licences
when
one sees these offerings. Far from freaking out about the fact that a
party
might use it to run their business as well as use it to further sales
these
companies actively encourage users to do exactly that. Now I shall have
to
follow up with TDATA on the RD policy if a VAR wants to run Linux and
Windows D3 on the same machine.
