Major total asshole.

The advantage of having an idiot like this to post a job in the wrong
groups is that it helps those who read them to just stay away from
them, to put them in killfile, and if their names ever come up in a
search for a job that might sound interesting, just to not consider
that position, since such a job surely sucks, because an asshole like
this can only provide jobs that suck.

The idiot posts everywhere on the planet for a job that he (the
asshole) clearly specifies is "for locals only." The only conclusion
one can arrive at, is that this asshole does not even read his own
posts. More of a reason to discard the asshole.
