*Job Description:*
Position Description
=B7 Define and develop analytics solutions for multiple industries
=B7 Working with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to develop
a complete analytics solution for Callidus' customers, from gathering
requirements, prototyping, building semantic layers and repositories,
re****ts and dashboards, testing and deployment.
=B7 Work closely with customers to gather and document information about
current analytics and sales performance metrics and variable
compensation practices
=B7 Perform analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of
TrueAnalytics Solutions.
=B7 Assist in defining the scope of a project, or phase of a project,
utilizing qualitative criteria, technical and business specifications.
=B7 Lead True Analytics technical developers in the delivery of customer
requirements.
=B7 Review customer key sales performance indicators and those processes
and policies related to variable compensation.
=B7 Provide recommendations for process improvements where appropriate
=B7 Work on implementation teams to provide advanced expertise of
company Software technologies in order to leverage the results
attained by the implementation team.
Required Experience and Skills:
=B7 B.S. in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
related degree
=B7 At least 3 years of experience as Compensation / Sales Finance
Analyst for mid-sized to large company
=B7 At least 2 years of recent experience in building business
intelligence applications using actuate applications.
=B7 Excellent knowledge of variable compensation, preferably for mid-to-
large size sales organization
=B7 Ability to develop prototypes quickly and conduct iterative
development using a BI tool
(Power Analyzer preferred but not required)
=B7 Familiar with the concept of data mart, data warehousing and star
schema
=B7 Development of user training materials
=B7 At least 2 years of customer-facing consulting experience
=B7 Good written and verbal communication skills
