Since this spammer is "promoting" some series of "Make Income from
nothing"
seminars by Robert Allen - I do believe that US based Scam & Spam
artist(s) are
behind this campaign.
Google could easily stop it - it just chooses to ignore this problem.
I probably worded my original post too vaigly - I should have said "You

and others are using Google. ..."
