looking for job: VMS, Fortran, Rdb, OSU HTTP-server

I am looking for a job having to do with
	any or all of the following subjects:
	
	 VMS
	 Fortran
	 Rdb
	 OSU HTTP-server
	
	I have several years of professional
	experience in all of these areas as
	well as an academic degree (science).
	
	I have EU citizen****p.
	
	I am looking for full-time, permanent,
	secure positions in northern Europe
	(Scandinavia, Benelux, Finland).  I am
	prepared to move permanently to somewhere
	near the place of employment.
	
	Except for Finnish, I either speak the
	language of the country in question well
	enough or know enough so that I could
	learn it well enough within a few months.
	
	Other than job offers, any tips as to how
	to best find such a job in the countries
	in question would be very much appreciated.
	
	I am currently permanently and securely 
	employed at a similar job and have no
	problems with the job but would prefer to
	move to somewhere I would rather live than
	where I am now.  Thus, at least the initial
	phases of any sort of negotiation need to
	be done with the strictest confidence.
