availability of sybase 15 shared libraries libsybct_r.so and

by apm35@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Jan 16, 2008 at 02:09 AM

I have just received a new version of a third-party server that has
been linked with the sybase 15 shared libraries. We don't have sybase
15, we are still on sybase 12. Hopefully the executable will still
work provided that we can get hold of copies of the shared libraries.
Since we don't have sybase 15 we do not have the libraries right now.
I am trying to track them down. I wonder if anyone here can help. The
libs that are missing, according to ldd, are: libsybct_r.so and
libsybcs_r.so. Our machine is running solaris 8.

I tried downloading the developer version of ASE from the sybase web
site but it does not have these libraries. The archive I downloaded
was ase1502_sun64_dev.tgz.

Regards,

Andrew Marlow
