Can ASE 12.5 Developer Edition Install on Windows XP/NT/2003

Hi Gurus,

 I have downloaded the ASE 12.5 Developer Edition.
 I have Windows 2003 and Windows XP OS.
 Can I install ASE 12.5 on above mentioned OS ?
 Because Installation Manual mentioned that OS should be Windows NT.
 Or Is there ASE 12.5 version available for Windows 2003/XP ?

Can anybody help me for above?
