Where is the jconn3.jar (and/or a downloadable jconnect) ?

Hello,

I am trying to get a more recent version of the Sybase JDBC driver,
aka jconn3.jar from Jconnect. I tried
http://www.sybase.com/detail_list?id=83772,
the sybase download page but when you click on the link it says there
is nothing there. Can anybody help please?
