By now you might have found a solution. I just wanted to share my
experience in this regard. When we had similar issue (12.5), I killed the
load job and looked for SYBMULTIBUF at os level and killed that one as
well. When I restarted the load, it worked fine with no issues.
Hope this helps, if not now atleast in future. :-)
