How do you know that? (just curious)

If the cause is clear, use a shareware like Treesize to learn where are 
located these temp files.

If you are not sure about the cause, there are many possibilities:
A) Sometimes, changing the size of pagefile.sys can fix this problem 
under WinNT, Win2K, etc.
B) More likely, the solution is the following one. The 'Insufficient disk 
space' error can occur when the disk_free_space is near to a multiple of 
4Gb. The actual size of the partition doesn't seem to matter. Solutions 
have ranged from deleting files to copying some files to the hard drive 
so you have a odd amount of FREE space ex. 3.5G
