CodeBaseJDBC 3.0 driver - CodeBasePreparedStatment - BUGGGGGGG!!!!!

I am trying implement CodeBaseJDBC 3.0 driver in my java application,
but when i use CodeBasePreparedStatement, the CodeBaseServer return
[connection reset].

Had somebody the same problem? If had, how did you do?
