Best way to get Visual Fox Pro tables into SQL Server

So I dont know anything about FoxPro tables. I was given a directory
full of .dbf files, .fpt files and .cdx files. I was told they are
Visual FoxPro tables. I dont know which version and either do they. My
goal is to get these tables and data into SQL Server 7. So what is the
quickest easiest way to accomplish this? Forgive my ignorance of
FoxPro.
