There is a method in Outlook 2000 which "translates" entries to be 
normal. Code not at my machine currently, and too lazy to look up <g>.

We are using Outlook 2000 with Exchange and external ISP (second for 
mailings > 200 recipients). Setting up accouints correctly is ALWAYS a 
*****...

We use XP and 2003 internally (they don't block Exchange for each other) 
  and a separate machine set up with 2000 for automatic mailing. One of 
the benefits is easy folder managment via automation...

You can get old versions of Outlook for a handful of $ - worth it. I 
moved to Outlook 98 as soon as it came out - Office 97 for my personal 
use and XP/2000 for client side use. Outlook 2000 is recommended by 
someone who doesn't like to upgrade just because it makes each task take 
longer on the same machine<g>.
