Since there is no magical, universal PRIMARY KEY, there can be no
magical, universal name. The Khabllah has a 17-digit number for all
things in creation, but that's not science. If I have a table of
automobiles, the key would be the VIN; books would be ISBN; audio-
visual media would be ISAN; my Swiss bank account would use the IBAN;
etc.

They are not part of the data model, but the physical implementation.
Some products have multiple types of indexing, so you might want to
expand the list.
