ASSISTANCE:

by keppy_wong3@[EMAIL PROTECTED] (Keppy Wong Pun) Apr 1, 2008 at 10:26 PM

This is a personal email directed to you and I request that it will be
treated as such. I must solicit your confidentiality and assure you that
this proposal will be of mutual benefit to us. I am Keppy Wong Khai Pun,
an attorney at law. I am the personal attorney/sole executor to late Mr.
Felix Blanch, who hereinafter shall be referred to as my client, he worked
as an independent oil magnate here in my country, he died in a car crash
with his immediate family in east London when on his vacation, on the 16th
of Dec 2006.

My late client is a former Sub-Comptroller working with Chevron Texaco Oil
company here in Malaysia and had left behind a deposit of Sixteen Million
Eight Hundred Thousand United State Dollars, (US$16.8Million)with a
finance bank. After the death of my client, the finance bank officials
contacted me, as his attorney to provide his next of kin who should
inherit his fortune, this according to them is their policy insure
cir***stance. Since the death of my client, I have written several letters
to the embassy with an intent to locate any of his extended relatives whom
shall be claimants/beneficiaries of his abandoned personal account and all
such efforts have been to no avail.

I had to inform the finance bank officials about my fruitless effort in
locating my late client close relative or his next of kin. The board of
directors of the bank just adopted a resolution and I was mandated to
provide his next of kin for the payment of this money within the next 30
working days or forfeit the money as an abandoned fund. The bank officials
had planned to invoke the abandoned fund decree of the bank to confiscate
the fund to government treasure after the expiration of the period date
given to me.

Also I have received an official letters suggesting a likely proceeding
for confiscation of his abandoned personal assets in line with existing
laws of the institution. I reasoned very professionally that I can use a
legal means to present a next of kin of my deceased client. This is
legally possible and would be done in accordance with the laws of the
land. I do sincerely sympathize the death of my client but I think it is
unprofitable for his fund to be submitted to the government or some
financial institution.

My aim is to retrieve this fund and let it be claimed by anyone I present
to the bank as is beneficiary, etc. Also use it for the help of the
needle, for this I seek your assistance since I have been unable to locate
his relatives, I seek your consent to present you as the next of kin of the
deceased, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you and then
both of us can share the money, 60% for me while 40% goes to you for your
effort so far. I shall assemble all the necessary legal do***ents that
will be used to back up your claims to the bank.

I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that
will protect you from any breach of the law. All required arrangements have
been made for the completion of this transfer. Like I said, I require only
a solemn confidentiality on this. However, if this email offends your
moral values, do accept my sincere apology. Please get back to me as soon
as possible to indicate your interest in my proposal to you through my
private email address: keppywonglawchambers@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
 for better
confidentiality If this proposal is acceptable by you. Thanks for your
understanding and patience, reading through this long email.

Kindest Regards,
Keppy Wong Pun
(Attorney at Law)
