Log Message:
-----------
Rearrange the code in auth.c so that all functions for a single
authentication
method is grouped together in a reasonably similar way, keeping the
"global
shared functions" together in their own section as well. Makes it a lot
easier
to find your way around the code.

Modified Files:
--------------
    pgsql/src/backend/libpq:
        auth.c (r1.166 -> r1.167)

(http://anoncvs.postgresql.org/cvsweb.cgi/pgsql/src/backend/libpq/auth.c?r1=1.166&r2=1.167)
