Is Changing database Name possible ?

Hallo,

 Thanks for your reply. It helped and worked.

I tried to change the name of Database to small letters, but Pgadmin
doesnt
allow me to do so or i failed to figure it out ?

Any suggestions  how i can replace my existing database with a new name ?
